    We charge VAT on all purchases made on our website. For customers not eligable for VAT, our Customer Care team can provide you with a VAT receipt so you can use it to claim the VAT back with your local revenue and customs agency. Please get in touch via the 'Contact Us' page.

    Most promotions apply automatically at checkout.

    If you have a discount code or promotional code it must be entered in the box ‚Enter Your Promo code at the checkout. Once complete, click the REDEEM button.

    Orders must be returned to our Returns Centre. Orders placed online can not be returned in store, even if they were delivered using a Click and Collect service.

    Returns information can be found on the dispatch note sent with your order. Please complete the form on the dispatch note with all details required, including product codes for exchanges, and include it with your return. If items are returned without any customer details, we will be unable to process it.

    We've partnered with Hermes to offer doorstep courier collections and Parcel Shop drop off for just £2.50. Simply visit My Hermes to arrange a return.

    We recommend that you use a carrier or postal service that can give you proof of postage.
    We take payment for your order as soon as it's placed. This will immediately be reserved from your bank account and then cleared within the timescale dictated by your card issuer. PayPal payments are removed from your account instantly.

    We accept the following credit/debit cards:

    - Delta
    - American Express.
    We also accept PayPal.

    We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Style cards, Visa Electron, Solo cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift cards. To give you even more confidence in shopping online with us, we have introduced Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. These services enhance your existing credit/debit card accounts against unauthorised use when you shop with us.
    To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organisation that issued your card.

    We are unable to accept payment Visa Electron, Solo cards, Duet Cards or gift cards. Please check your payment method is valid before proceeding.

    Payments are most often rejected if the billing address doesn't match what the card is registered to. If you're unsure which address you have registered, you should check with your card issuer before attempting your order again.

    Any other payment issues should be checked with your card issuer or PayPal Customer Service. If your card issuer or PayPal Customer Service direct you back to us, you can get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page.
    uk Home Delivery
    we offer tracking information on all our uk home delivery orders. when we dispatch your order, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress.

    click & collect
    tracking is not currently available on click & collect orders. we ask that you allow up to 5 days for delivery to your chosen store.

    international
    mainland eu: we offer tracking information on all our order to mainland eu. when we dispatch your order, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress.
    non-eu: we offer tracking information on the majority of our orders to outside of the eu. if tracking information is available, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress. where tracking information is not available we ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
    we'll respond to your emails and tweets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    we're committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible and working with some of the best carriers available to ensure a speedy delivery.

    We don't currently offer Gift Cards
    We're pretty quick at packing your order so we're unable to cancel your order once it's been placed.
    If you've changed your mind, you are welcome to return your order to us when you receive it.
